I am bargain hunting... I think most people are. When it comes to Magic, you have to be to a certain extent. Buy low, and be happy when the price goes up because you already have the cards you need. You gained value, but it is not realized unless you trade or sell your cards.
For example- I noticed that that Modern Masters 2017 Blood Moon was bottoming out at about $15 per. Which is shocking considering that more than half of the versions are at least 30... then both Modern Masters are low, and the Chronicles are 16.
Yesterday I picked up two Blood Moons for $30 shipped from TCG. I had a small credit for some reason, still not sure. (less than $2) However, $15 per Blood moon seemed very good to me!
I will use them in decks if I ever decide to play legit... entirely possible if I borrow dual lands and other expensive cards! (btw, did you notice Chalice of the Void has gone up?)
Btw, if anyone wants to throw some Conspiracy Show and Tells my way, I would not argue. :)
